Cafe Sapori opened its doors in September 2017. The owners, Matt and Mani have 25 years of combined experience on the restaurant industry, providing a unique culinary experience at Cafe Sapori.
Our philosophy about food is simple. First of all it must taste great. We try to create recipes that are easy to make and that take advantage of fresh seasonal products with a minimum of processed ingredients.
Hugely passionate about the industry, his breadth of knowledge and desire to exceed guest expectations is at the forefront of his approach to food service.
With more than 15 years on the service part of the restaurants and passionate about delivering the best guest experience, Matt is committed on giving service at the highest levels.
Not only a restaurant owner, but a energetic person that has been handling hosting on one of the busiest restaurants in Somerset County for the past 10 years, now hosts hundreds of people every week at Cafe Sapori and makes sure everyone is taken care of.
